• Damaged or Defective Products: If your order arrives damaged or contains defective cookies, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. We’ll be happy to offer a refund or send a replacement.
• Incorrect Order: If you received the wrong item(s), we will provide a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.

Non-Refundable:

• Perishable Items: As our cookies are perishable, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for products that are not damaged or defective. All sales are final for orders that meet our quality standards.
• Change of Mind: Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind after receiving the cookies.
