We want to make sure your lactation cookies arrive fresh and on time. Please review our shipping policy below for more details on how we deliver our products.
 

Processing Time:

  • All orders are freshly baked and prepared once your order is placed. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process, bake, and package your cookies.


Shipping Rates:

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

  • Free shipping is available for orders over $100.


Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 2-6 business days within Australia.

  • Express Shipping: 1 business day.

  • Local Delivery/Pickup: Available in the Inner West Sydney area—choose this option at checkout for faster delivery or pickup from our kitchen.


Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, especially during peak seasons or holidays.


Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your cookies’ journey to your door.


International Shipping:

  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We hope to expand in the future!


Delivery Issues:

  • If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time or has been lost in transit, please contact us at nourishedpostpartum@outlook.com with your order number, and we’ll help resolve the issue immediately.

/ PICK UP SERVICE

We’re excited to offer a convenient pick-up option for local customers! Skip the wait for shipping and enjoy fresh lactation cookies even faster. Here’s how our pick-up service works:
1. Place Your Order Online
2. Add your favourite lactation cookies to your cart and select the Pick-Up option at checkout.

Once your order is placed, you'll receive an order confirmation email, then another email once your order is ready for pick up to confirm collection time.


Pick-Up Location
We are located in North Strathfield. Simply come to the designated pick-up address during your scheduled time, and we’ll have your order ready for you!


Important Information:
Processing Time: Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be prepared. You’ll receive an email notification when your cookies are ready for pick-up.

Pick-Up Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Need to Reschedule?
