Refund or Replacement Conditions:
- Damaged or Defective Products: If your order arrives damaged or contains defective cookies, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. We’ll be happy to offer a refund or send a replacement.
- Incorrect Order: If you received the wrong item(s), we will provide a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
Non-Refundable:
- Perishable Items: As our cookies are perishable, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for products that are not damaged or defective. All sales are final for orders that meet our quality standards.
- Change of Mind: Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind after receiving the cookies.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement:

- Processing Time: Once we receive your request and verify the issue, we will process your refund or replacement within 5-7 business days.

- All orders are freshly baked and prepared once your order is placed. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process, bake, and package your cookies.
Shipping Rates:
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
- Free shipping is available for orders over $100.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- Standard Shipping: 2-6 business days within Australia.
- Expedited Shipping: 1-2 business days.
- Local Delivery/Pickup: Available in North Strathfield area—choose this option at checkout for faster delivery or pickup from our kitchen.

International Shipping:
- At this time, we do not offer international shipping for our lactation cookies. We hope to expand in the future!
